About Me... 

My name is Danielle Emery and I've been working with photography in one form or another since age 10. My formal education started in a high school film photography class where I discovered that shooting, processing and printing in a film lab was my passion. I have been working for years as a pharmacy technician and chose to return to school in 2017 to reignite the creative fire inside me. From my time at American River College I have earned my Freelance Photography Certificate. My most recent classes and experience include, but are not limited to; Portrait/Fashion, Studio Lighting, Digital as well as Black and White Film.

I am mainly focused now on working in portraiture. I really enjoy capturing someone's character in a photograph or freezing family moments in time.

In my spare time I frequently photograph beautiful places while I'm hiking or sightseeing. I also enjoy collaborating with other artists.
